Insurance and Payment Options

Our goal is to make high-quality behavioral health services accessible to children, youth, and families by offering a range of insurance options and reducing barriers to care. Bellefaire JCB accepts all Ohio Medicaid provider plans, including Aetna OhioRISE. We are also in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medical Mutual, and United Behavioral Health (Optum) for outpatient counseling, psychiatry, and select School-Based clinicians.
