Admissions Process
Bellefaire JCB's centralized Admissions Team, comprised of independently licensed mental health clinicians, is here to guide families, providers, and community partners through the referral process and connect individuals to the services that best meet their needs. The Admissions Team coordinates referrals and intakes for the following programs:
- Outpatient Counseling
- Psychiatry
- Child & Adolescent Group Services
- In-Home Family Therapy
- Foster Care
- Independent Living

Insurance and Payment Options
Our goal is to make high-quality behavioral health services accessible to children, youth, and families by offering a range of insurance options and reducing barriers to care. Bellefaire JCB accepts all Ohio Medicaid provider plans, including Aetna OhioRISE. We are also in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medical Mutual, and United Behavioral Health (Optum) for outpatient counseling, psychiatry, and select TEAM Alliance clinicians.
